Question / Help OBS Studio Crashes When I Use My Elgato Capture Card

I am able to stream and record PC gameplay perfectly fine but when I go to use my elgato for when I play on Console it crashes OBS Studio within 30 secs to a min after I start recording or streaming. Any help with my issue would be greatly appreciated.
