OBS Studio Crashes On Startup

When I open OBS Studio, it immediately closes itself. I checked for crash logs but it looks like no crash logs are generated. I have attached regular logs of both opening in Safe Mode and Regularly. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried reinstalling my graphics driver from scratch as well.

It might be an issue with my Avermedia Live Gamer HD 2 capture card but if it is i need a solution. I've tried updating the drivers for it. But when i try to run Avermedia assist central it crashes during the detecting phase, i dont know if its related. For now i have removed the capture card and OBS seems fine
