Question / Help OBS Studio crashes every-time I try to record or stream

I used to be able to stream and record without a single flaw, but recently I have encountered an issue where I can't start a recording or stream without it crashing on me.

Here is the log file for anyone that wishes to help, I have no idea how to solve this. My knowledge of OBS is limited at best, so for all I know, this is happening becasue of a setting.

I have tried an uninstall and reinstall twice, and I have tweaked settings which I have little knowledge about, alongside settings I do know more about in order to try and solve this issue.

I hope someone can help, because I am completely stumped.

Why did you change this?

I have no idea. Don't even remember changing that. If that is the root cause of this, then Imma slap myself senseless.
