Question / Help OBS-Studio crashes at launch

I just installed obs-studio on a fresh windows machine but it wont start. I have attached the log file below. Is there a way to make obs-studio work on this machine. obs classic works fine but i need obs-studio. Thank you! https://pastebin.com/smgb3Wni

The video card in your machine is below minimum system requirements or its driver install is broken.

You may need to install DirectX. OBS in general will not run well on server OSes.

I installed DirectX prior to the obs setup. I think it has something to do with the video card, like Harold said.
