my OBS Studio crash all times i try to open, or before installation... who can help me? please

Short term the only thing you can do for this is to clear your configuration. Right click Start, choose Run and type %appdata% and press return. Scroll down the list of folders until you find obs-studio and then rename it to obs-studio-old. Unfortunately you'll have to recreate all your scene data and settings.

I thought I had seen this problem before but I can't find the original thread and I don't remember that there was a solution anyway it may be something that needs fixing.
