Bug Report OBS Studio Crash on Open - can't end tasks - CPU @ 100%

Not sure whats going on, I've opened OBS multiple times throughout the week with no issues. Now, 40min before I'm supposed to stream my OBS is crashing constantly. https://pastebin.com/DWrZ2TyQ

Try to unplug any Video Capturing Device you have in your PC (webcam, capture card etc.)
