Question / Help OBS studio crash/freeze

So I have been having an issue when trying to stream/record on games like Skyrim:SE, BF1 and gta 5 where my OBS will freeze and crash. I have been watching my CPU usage and it hasn't gone above 70% is there an issue with OBS with these games or is the issue on my end with a plugin/setting?
