Hi there I read the pinned Thread about CPU, but this seems to be a different problem.
I am in idle not doing anything with my pc and get 3-4% cpu usage then I start OBS and the cpu usage goes to 99-100%, the thing is only Task Manager shows that usage other programs like Process Explorer show 8% cpu usage.
The thing is OBS isn't using like 97% cpu it sits at 20-30, but every other process goes up until they reach 100% no matter how many processes are open(if i close some the other use more to get to 100% again).
I got a i7-4770K 8 cores(4 physical), 16 GB RAM, OS: Win10.
Lets be honest something like livesplit(timer for speedruns) shouldn't eat 50% cpu just becaus it's one of the few processes running alongside OBS.
Here the OBS Log: https://gist.github.com/2efe2cc15fa5bb84b7486a9e805fe7d6
