Question / Help OBS Studio constantly disconnects & reconnects

I'm streaming using the latest version to Twitch, and as of 3 days ago I've been unable to stream for an extended period of time without OBS disconnecting and reconnecting constantly. I don't believe this is an internet issue as I had no issues streaming from OBS Classic nor have I had this issue before. I managed to stream earlier today for 1:17 with no lag or disconnects, but just now I had 3 disconnects over the course of 5 minutes. Any suggestions for how to solve this?

I've tried all of the suggestions for dropping frames/disconnect, and it seems like my server choice is the best available for my location:

I understand that, but since I'm unable to decipher what the log exactly means by myself I posted with hopes of getting some assistance.

More specifically these 3 errors I got before my stream disconnected:
22:19:38.363: WriteN, RTMP send error 10054 (550 bytes)
22:19:38.363: WriteN, RTMP send error 10054 (80 bytes)
22:19:38.363: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (42 bytes)

Those errors means you're connection has dropped.

So either you're having a hardware failure in your network, or your connection is failing briefly.
