Bug Report OBS Studio causes screen tearing, in EVERYTHING

Any time I have OBS Studio open, it causes screen tearing globally. In games, in videos, when scrolling in windows, when moving windows...basically any time anything moves any where on the screen. I tried disabling all of my sources and this caused no change.

System resource usage is low.

I'm running OS X 10.9.5.

Settings > Advanced > Disable OSX V-Sync

If that's checked, uncheck it and see if it helps.
