Bug Report OBS STUDIO CAN'T SUPPORT WINDOWS 10 UMP

OBS STUDIO can't support applicationframework.exe or windows10 ump application.
OBS STUDIO can't support itools.exe.

Window capture doesn't work on windows store apps.
Game capture works on windows store GAMES.

There was an identified issue with UWP Game Capture on 17.0.2. It's been fixed, but you will need to re-download and install 17.0.2 again from here: https://github.com/jp9000/obs-studio/releases
