I've got the follow specs:
Win 10 Pro
Ryzen 1700X
RX 580 Gigabyte 8GB
32GB RAM
256GB SSD Samsung EVO

While recording on OBS 20.1.1 is fine (H264/H265 HEVC using AMD AMF) it works just fine with games like Wolfenstein II using Display Capture, it crashes about 5 seconds after I click stream via Twitch. Log attached below:

Anyone can shed some light about why it crashes? (I do see a screen freeze and went blank for 5 seconds and then everything resumes like normal, except the log says AMF failed. And of course, I don't see anything on my twitch channel (says offline).
