Bug Report OBS Studio Bugged Program

Can someone help me with this, for some reason when I open OBS Studio it looks like this. I had tried re-installing it and nothing worked.
If you could help that would be amazing. Thank you so much!

Seems to me like you added 2 input sources that capture the display or the obs window. try clicking on the eyes in sources to disable them.
