Question / Help OBS studio bug/problem with Streamlabs ( 21.0.01)

after the 21.0.1 update my stream laps alerts ( browsersource) is not working anymore,
like
chat
follower count
donation/follower alert
jar
nothing is showing up on screen.... and in streamlabs it works ( when the site works for me) i fought i had a virus cus i have a problem with recaptcha ( still have) but i have reset my pc. and still this problem. now i have tried everything, is it because of this recaptcha crap... or is it streamlabs is atm broken....

im trying everything.. its 4am for me in the morning i cant go to bed without this being fixed.. i hope i can get some help/fixes for this

i have made a screenshot while im going a donation test in the middle you see the test box from streamlabs. in obs you see nothing.....

i got the same problem.

Start OBS as admin, try to do a test alert, then post the debug.log from C:\Program Files (x86)\obs-studio\bin\64bit here

Ive fixed my problem , it was about the ipv6 , i had some issues with ipv6 on some other sites too and i disabled it and everything works like intended , i think streamlabs has a problem with ipv6 , maybe disabling it will help others too. Good Luck

I have the same problem but it did not help disabling the ipv6
