Question / Help OBS Studio broadcast keep resetting?

During streams my obs randomly drops and reconnects, not sure what the issue is. Started happening when I switched from a laptop to my desktop.

Windows 7
i7-6700k CPU @4.00gh
16gb Ram

Internet Speed is 160 DL /15 Upload

OBS Settings:
2000 - Video bitrate
Software x264 Encoder
160 Audio Bitrate

Any suggestions be helpful.

We'll need a log from a session where you are having issues. Check the sticky at the top of this forum if you don't know where to get logs.

According to this log, your connection is dropping out:

19:13:06.912: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 1380 (1.5%)

This isn't something you can fix in OBS, try contacting your ISP.
