Question / Help obs studio black screen solutions

Hello,

I have windows 10 and installed open broadcaster software on computer, but when i tried to record desktop the program give black screen.

I already tried to install open GL, but after installetion Open GL does't show up in settings - advanced - video renderer (there are only one choice direct 3d 11 )

1. direct 3D shown as only on choice
2 . open gl extensions viewer

what must be my next step???

What is the reasoning behind you trying to fix your problem by installing open gl? Just curious.

Hello,
I speak 3 languages : Russian, English and Turkish
My reason of trying to install open gl are videos in turkish language in youtube.com that say that there are 3 solutions to solve black screen question.

the links to the videos are below:

1. final solution - in this video man change support of obs studio from windows 7 to windows 8 , intalling open gl, and finaly goes nvidia 3d graphics settings
2. obs studio black screen solution with open gl - some or many youtube users also write that they have only direct3d 11 choice after installing open gl on computer.

I read laptop trouble shooting but did not find solutions for intel HD graphics 4000???
