I dont know what is problem but if I put my encoder on NVEC.h264 my bittrate is drop on 1500-1800 kbps if i chanage enocder on x264 my bitrate is normal 2500 kbps my internet speed is 150/5 mbps yesterday i dont have this problem this is a first time i try to install new drivers for my graphics and its same.Please can you help me.
