OBS Studio: Avkans 20x NDI Camera is unable to show video in Source Name

Hello, newbie looking for some guidance :)

I have followed the steps outlined in the manufacturers YouTube video (https://youtu.be/AE4L_tm8xR4) and, installed NewTek’a NDI Tool as well.

I can use NDI Tools in my Source, I’ve connected even my phone to it. In the manufacturers app, I can view my NDI camera in there, and can PTZ it too. Connected via PoE switch.

I am stumped as to why it won’t show its video once I select it in source name from the NDI Tools Source.

I'm having a similar problem. I've tried to download the firmware update but I get an error that the disc image is corrupt. Can you tell me what you did to get it working? The camera works fine in CameraCMS, or via the ip address, but doesn't show as a source in OBS. Thanks.

Newbie here - I have an AVKANS AV-CM30 camera. I can see the video if I connect to that camera using its IP Address, but cannot figure out how to select it as the source in OBS

I am guessing I need to install the NDI plugin for this camera to be discoverable (AVKANS AV-CM30) But as I posted more recently I am having difficulty installing the NDI plugin
