Bug Report OBS Studio audio mic glitch

Hello my name is Phylelitas and I recently bought a new microphone.
The BM-500 with an Focusrite Scarlett Solo Audio Interface.

Yesterday I was streaming and some people said theu couldn't hear my or they heard me at one ear of there headphone.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME??!?!?!!?

in the mixer, downmix your mic to mono.
