OBS studio and rgblink mini video problem

I have a RGBLink Mini mixer that I connect USB to the OBS Studio Software. The problem is that the image that appears in OBS Studio has flaws, especially when I insert or remove text.
What is this problem due to?
Any wrong settings?
Can help?
