Question / Help OBS Studio and Blackmagic Design capture cards

Hi,
I am still planning the entire system and have almost all hardware components handy.
I have a question regarding OBS Studio and a capture card.

I am building a new workstation with two Blackmagic Design capture cards:
- Intensity PRO 4K
- DeckLink Mini Recorder 4

The OS I will e using is Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 64-bit and the two handycams I will be using are:
- JVC GZ-E105BE
- JVC GZ-RX610

Video setting for streaming will be 1080p50

I wish to also interface a third handycam (SD) throught composite cable. I am told that Intensity Pro 4K can reproduce one source at the time - not two devices symultaneously.

I wish to know if anyone has done a test where there are two handycams connected to this Intenstity card (1 via HDMI and 1 via composite) and OBS is set souch in a way where it figures like having one capture card but with two different cameras. I wish to be able to switch between the two in real time. I will still be shooting from one device only at the time.
Is this possible?

Also, those two JVC handycams set the HDMI port automatically based on which video setting those Blackmagic cards are set. So, I can either set "Auto" or "576p” on the handycams.
JVC tech supports tells me that KVC automatically selects the video format based on what the other HDMI device is set.
The problem is that those cards have a wide selection of video standards.

How to set those two cards in 1080p50 before I even connect those two cams to Blackmagic Cards? Is this done in withing OBS Studio or in withing Windows OS?

I learned thanks to this forum and chat that handycam and video camera must be set into the same and valid settings but JVC does not have the feature to manally specify which video format to set.

What should I do? I wish to avoid thinking I will be sooting live in 1070p50 and then in realt time It will be connected in interlaced or progressive and at lower fps.

Many thanks...
