Question / Help OBS STUDIO AND AMD - NEED HELP

Hi There, I need some help setting up my OBS STUDIO, Please keep in mind that i am very new to all of this and i am trying my best to learn..

My Setup :

2 AMD RADEON R9 290 XFX - Graphic Cards
Intel Core I7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz
16GB of RAM

Current (native) resolution - 2560x1440


Every time i try and run the basic settings for OBS STUDIO and try to record anything, My FPS drops to 12-15 and it becomes extremely laggy which you can feel and see on the recording

I clearly do not know what i am doing so any guidance is appreciated

My goal is to record at 1080p 60fps or even 720p if my computer cant handle it.

My mistake, I recently reinstalled a fresh version, i went ahead and recorded a 10-30 second video so it would update the log and here ya go.

By 'Basic Settings', do you mean the Output Mode? If so, the following might be the problem:

21:52:27.337: [AMF] [H264]<Id: 3>     Profile: Constrained Baseline 4.2
21:52:27.338: [AMF] [H264]<Id: 3>       IDR: 120 Frames

I'm fairly sure that the Profile should be Main, not Constrained Baseline and the Keyframe Interval should be 5 seconds instead of 2 on your system (you don't have enough PCI-E bandwidth for faster keyframes on CQP).
