Question / Help OBS Studio - AMD R9 390X won't get recognized

Hey guys,

I just wanted to try out streaming a little bit but it was always lagging as hell. Now I noticed that my graphics card won't get recognized in "Advanced -> "Video" -> "Video Adapter". Is that the problem why it's lagging so hard? And if so, is there any way to make OBS Studio recognizing my card?

Whatever your ACTUAL problem is, that setting is unrelated.

The code for that setting hasn't been implemented yet.
 
Thank you for your quick reply! Okay, I have no idea than. :/ It lags with both OBS and OBS Studio. I can't even record something. It's weird. I searched the whole internet for optimal settings but for me it's not working.

My PC Hardware is by the way:

Mainboard: Asus M5A97 Evo R2.0
CPU: AMD FX9370
GPU: Sapphire R9 390X Nitro
Ram: 24GB 1866
