OBS Studio (64bit) is showing a black screen and won't capture gameplay

I've done lots of thing.. turned off windows game mode, removed and added a new game capture... basically I followed a help check list on how to get OBS to show my games. I vaguely remember having a similiar issue years ago but have been out of the streaming loop for a while and don't remember how it was resolved. I'm hoping my only option is to uninstall and reinstall previous versions until it works..lol Here is my most current log file! Thanks in advance!

You're using SE.live plugin. Please contact them for support.
Alternatively, uninstall it and then uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix the changed this plugin made.

You need to update windows 10, as it's an old version. After this, turn on Game Mode.
Then, make sure the game you are trying to record/stream allows game-capture method and is full screen. Games like CS:GO don't allow it and you need to use window-capture instead. Which game is the one you are trying to capture?

I have no windows updates available, I recently ran checked for updates when this started.. Also the games I'm trying to stream are The Division 2 and World of Warcraft. I'll see what I can do about windows. Thanks
