Question / Help obs studio 32/64bit crashing on load up

every time i load obs studio 32 or 64 bit, it crashes, even after a reinstall, i would use obs classic but it does not use my gpu to encode and it is jumpy if it does not use my gpu, i have included the latest log of the latest crash, i cant get to the obs studio gui, cant change settings
