OBS Studio 30.2.3 simply does not play my mp4 video when streaming starts :-( simply stop it ... all working on 30.1.2 ... any idea ?

Video works fine not streaming ... I start streaming and video.mp4 freeze ... stop streaming and video start playing ...

in OBS 30.1.2 all set no problema all fine ... in OBS 30.2.3 video freeze as streaming starts :-( ... any idea what is wrong ?

I had to reload all my mp4 files, seemed to fix the problem
