I'm using OBS Studio version 30.2.3.
In Video Encoder, when I have "Hardware (AMD, H.264)" selected, the streaming is normal until I stop it, that's when the program presents "NO RESPONSE" problems, everything freezes, and I have to force close it with Task Manager.
Does this version of OBS not work well with my video card?
Instead, when I choose the "Software (x264)" option, everything works fine.
Any solution to continue using my video card
