Bug Report OBS Studio 2nd Camera Issues

I am running OBS Studio 0.15.2 with a Logitech C920 and it works fine until I try to add a second Logitech C920 camera. The 2nd Camera works at low res default settings. IF I click on settings in OBS and try to change it from default to custom or make any other changes the camera goes black and stops working. If I remove the camera from the scene in OBS and re-add it I'm back at the start with a camera in low res on default settings.

I can also make OBS studio crash the majority of the time by just removing either of the two cameras from the scene. Some times I remove one and re-add it and it works but at default low res settings and some times I remove a camera and OBS just crashes. I have the crash logs if anyone is interested.

I've tried switching USB ports from 2.0 to 3.0 both on 2.0, both on 3.0 one on 2.0 and one on 3.0 doesn't matter. Also no USB hubs both are plugged directly into my PC on my ASUS Pro Mobo. I have tried switching cameras as primary and secondary and both cameras do the same thing. I've had one camera for 6 months and no issues with it until now when I try to add the 2nd. Either camera seems to work fine on its own.

I have uninstalled and re-installed the Logitech software and made sure I have the latest version and it still has this issue.

The LWS only controls one cam.
There is a YouTube video I saw once that explains how to get both cams resolution adjusted..You'll have to search YouTube for it. In LWS you choose 'Change Webcams' and then you can adjust the resolution of the second cam.
It's tricky but it works.

I also have two C-920's
