Obs Studio 28 Crash when opened from 2 different computer

In the past i was able to use NDI with 2 OBS from 2 different computers plugged on the same network. Since the ver.28
i cant open 2 instance of obs on 2 different computers?
This is really weird, Obs shuts down automaticcaly when i open the other one.

When doing tests, i figure out that it was the NDI plugin messing up with that.
The other problem that is i updated it but OBS still sees it as an old NDI version even if i uninstall it and redownload it.
Maybe it would need an OBS fresh new install.
