OBS Studio 27.x and 28.x Crashing after Exit

Hello everyone,

I'm currently having a problem with OBS and I don't know exactly what the problem is, but I suspect that it's the plugins.
I have already removed the Move Transition and StreamFX plugin. The only remaining plugin is that of StreamDeck.
Maybe someone can read something from the crash file in the attachment?

I use a Mac mini M1 in the 512/16 configuration.

Many thanks in advance for your effort!

I previously had this issue with a VST plugin filter that I had added to one of my Mics, so perhaps consider those as well. Got a notification that OBS had crashed every time I closed it for months.

Turned out everything worked fine as soon as I removed and re-added that filter. No idea why it was causing the issue but every time I tried to edit that one filter (enable/disable/remove) OBS would crash.

Took me forever to find. I eventually solved it by editing my scenes in a text editor to remove the filter. It was I think the plugin was Izotope's Neutron Elements in case that's of use.

I read somewhere that you have to wait for update to the new OBS version if you use the Streamdeck because it is not yet compatible with the new OBS version.

And i think this should be the Problem: had installed the 7Q-Equalizer VST Plugin. It doesn't work with OBS 28 and when I try to activate it in the microphone Settings, OBS instantly crashes. So I've put the Setting to "No VST Plugin" and delete it from the MacOS - Audio _ Plugins Folder. Will try it again after my Twitch Streams Crashes after an Hour.

As attaboyBrad said, there is an Plugin fix released so Stream Deck worked now fine again :-)
