So, i have a strange situation here, and after to search a lot for the last 3 days, i have decided to post here to check if someone could help me.
I´ve been using OBS since the version 23.x with no problems for a long time, always using my webcam (Logitech C920), but i bought one Canon Camcorder R72 to use with the Avermedia LGP Lite external capture card and just does not work as expected. For sure, the ReCentral Software (Avermedia) can see the image from the camcorder with no lags, perfectly.
I did the right way to put the Canon on OBS as a Video Capture Device, and can see the image, but......the image has lag, too much, and after a very few minutes, maybe 2 or 3, freeze and gone. Have to remove the device from OBS and add again, to see the same.
My computer is not a "state of the art" but it´s ok.
It´s a Dell Laptop i5, 16gb RAM and SSD disk.
Please, anyone has an idea?
