Question / Help OBS Studio 21.1.2 Disconnecting and Reconnecting w/ 100% Frame Lose and 0 kb/s

Hello,

I'm having a problem when I go to stream. OBS keeps saying Disconnected and Reconnected every few seconds. I get 0 kb/s and I get basically 100% frame loss. Below are my logs. Maybe someone on here could help. I used to be able to stream before with no problem at all. I checked my firewall and my router and it doesn't look like it is those. I tried both 32 and 64bit OBS. I used Twitch Bandwidth Tester and tried the best two locations near me and still got the same results. If someone could help that would be great!

Does anyone have any ideas??? I've tried mostly all of them. I used to be able to stream before but now I can't.
