I am dropping a huge number of frames right after I click start streaming in obs studio...I notice I was able to stream in version 20.0.1 with no problems and should still be able to stream...I am updated to the latest windows creators version and I recently have switched modems...my download and upload speeds have changed some what including quality but it should still be possible to stream if I need to make any changes for provided download and upload speeds that will happen but back on topic...I already attached the log file which should have the attempted stream.
