Question / Help OBS Studio 20.0.1 Can't keep stable framerate.

Hey there. I have been trying to stream some Destiny 2 and Overwatch recently. I have noticed that on the bottom right of the screen where is displays framerate for encoding it drops below 60fps causing my stream/recordings to look very choppy. Now this is confusing as in game I get around 100+ on games max 1080p and my PC isn't something which I would say struggles in any task I throw at it. This happens when I use both Game Capture and Window Capture...

I usually stream using The Nvidia encoder rather than x264 but I tried both to see if the problem continued.

Has your connection quality been dropping to orange and red randomly too?

Only occasionally, but this is just when my internet is having a bad time. The frame drop situation is pretty much a constant issue.
