Question / Help OBS Studio 18.0.1 Crashes 2-10 minutes after I begin streaming

I have had a really hard time streaming lately. I have been trying to stream Dark Souls 3 and DIABLO 3 however OBS will crash within 15 minutes of my stream beginning regardless of settings.
I have the latest drivers for my system, I am on the latest UEFI for my mainboard.
I ALSO have the same issues with OBS Classic, if it makes a difference.

my last hardware change was my GPU I went from an ASUS 1070 STRIX to a Nvidia GTX 1080 TI Founders. I did run DDU and re-install drivers.
I dont know if it matters but I do have Virtualization and VT-D turned on in UEFI (Intel Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O)

I saw something in the log that made me think maybe scene switcher was outdated and causing crashed, but I updated it and DIABLO 3 crashed about 2 minutes into a test stream.

1500Mhz over stock.
I had not had problems on extended runs of occt/aida64 so I did not expect issues. Literally added 0.12V Vcore and I have had 1 crash in 3 hours of streaming. so I will have to bump it again but it appears that the CPU that Intel sent me as a replacement was not in fact as amazing as I initially thought. Thanks for the input, looks like the issue should be solved at this point.
