Bug Report OBS studio 0.16.6 does not show my webcams anymore

Hi, I was working without serious issues with this version since it came out. My basic setup is using obs studio with 4 logitech webcams to show different angle shots for my music video lessons and livestreams, Windows 7.

Suddenly, yesterday all my scenes stoped to bring my webcams (they are running, but the screen is black)
Ive tried to add new video capture devices, reconnect them or restart the pc with no results.

My video card and the cameras works just fine because I have another switcher software (wirecast) and all works fine there, so It has to be something with OBS.

Ive noticed that when I have this issue, sometimes the PROFILE tab on the top of OBS screen is greyed and its not working.
And if I go to SCENE COLLECTION and change my scene, OBS crashes, and when I restart it my cams are all working again, but one... the problem is not solved, because if I close OBS and restart it, I get no cams and black screen again.

What should I do?
I use OBS for work, so im urged to solve this as soon as possible.
Should I reinstall OBS? In that case, could you provide me a tutorial or instructions on how to do it WITHOUT DELETING ALL MY SCENES, PROFILES AND COLLECTIONS? My OBS projects has like 30 different scenes that took months to refinate and I dont want to loose my work...

Should I install the latest OBS version or just keep 0.16.6 (that was working just fine for me)
I would appreciate any help on this, really thanks
J.C

Step 1: Export your current scene collection just in case.
Step 2: Update to 18.0.1
Step 3: Provide a log.

To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File and respond here with the link.

Scene Collection -> Export.. in the header, but if that doesn't exist in 0.16 you can just backup the "basic" folder in the location below.

WinKey+R > %APPDATA%\obs-studio

Ok, Ive exported my scenes just in case, and did an uninstall (but keeping my user settings) and before updating to 0.18 I wanted to give a try reinstalling 0.16.6 (because it worked fine just until yestarday, and Im used to it)... unfortunately, cameras still show black screens, so I will upgrade to 0.18 now... here is my log of the reinstall 0.16.6 if someone could take a look, much appreciated. https://gist.github.com/dcc0e24ecada8c9a8cd4cec723a53fb3
Thanks!

edit: Ive installed 0.18 and still getting black screens from my cameras...im starting to freak out... :( any suggestions? this is the log file https://gist.github.com/2075c5e38e08e01daf33b26748025096
