Bug Report OBS Studio 0.14+ encoded audio will not playback in Win10 Movies & TV

I'm not sure if this was because of the OBS update or a windows cumulative update but I suspect it was a change in OBS.

Video files I recorded in OBS on April 26th play fine with all the audio in the Windows 10 Movies & TV app.

Today I recorded some videos on 5/11 and noticed when I went to go sample them, that the audio no longer plays in the windows 10 app. The audio will play fine in my VLC player and editor but it's a bit inconvenient when I just want to quickly check sound.

I didn't really change any settings although I noticed that the Media foundation QSV was still selected. After selecting the new QuickSync and restarting OBS studio, the media foundation option went away.

"Movies & TV" is simply a re-branded version of Windows Media Player.
WMP has a 15+ year history of TERRIBLE media format support. The re-brand doesn't help that history.

You're better off just switching your defaults to use good players and editors.

Fair enough, I did think it was odd and I thought this might also be a clue for any other audio issues that might be happening since there seemed to have been a change in the audio encoding.

When I use my own encoders and simply re-encode the mp4 into another mp4, Movies & TV will play the audio fine. No idea if this means OBS Studio is doing a better encoding job and WMP is sucking at playing it or it's doing a worse job and WMP is finicky enough to just throw out the audio it doesn't understand.
