Question / Help OBS Studio 0.13.2 won't install

I keep trying to install OBS Studio 0.13.2 and it keeps saying there is an error opening file for writing.

C:\Program Files (x86)\obs-studio\bin\64bit\Qt5Core.dll

What should i do to get the new update to work?

Just windows defender, i didn't buy anything extra
