Question / Help OBS Studio 0.13.2 won't install

A window pops up telling me my "system is missing runtime components that OBS Studio requires".

I click yes and proceeded to here and downloaded and installed the x64 runtime environments. The message still appeared. After a reboot, the message still appears.

System:
Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit
Intel i5-2500K 3.30GHz
8 GB RAM
GTX 670 2GB

No I did not.

I was under the impression that installing those types of files that weren't intended for the OS you were using was a bad idea. I never saw a list of which runtime environments were required, so I didn't know I needed the x86 ones as well.

OBS Studio is installing now.
