Before OBS would usually be able to stop the recording after pressing the button a second time, but more often than not it would stay stopping recording, but highlighted as if I clicked it, and go back and forth as I click it. Regardless of whether I click it more than once or not, it will stay on stopping recording seemingly forever. I used my Radeon 570 with x265 as my encoder, with a 1920x1080p base and output resolution at 30fps. I know that people have posted about this before but I do not know my specific issue. What I noticed last time it happened was that my CPU utilization goes very high, near 60%, when this happens despite using my dedicated graphics as the encoder. It might have to do with my 2-core CPU or graphics card, but this can happen when my system is far from overloaded, while usually it works on far more intensive games.
