Recently I've been messing around with my RealTek audio drivers as I've been suffering from stutter problems in CS:GO when tabbing in and out of the game, turns out this has fixed my issue, but on the other hand I think it has affected OBS Studio. I have been able to record fine before updating my audio drivers but I have tried again since and have attempted to record two separate Garry's Mod videos.
I noticed at the end of recording both of these videos that it kept hanging on Stopping Recording, until I clicked Stopping Recording it went back to Start Recording. I thought it was a coincidence but when I checked the videos, the audio was fine for the first few seconds and then the audio just goes corrupted and horrible for the rest of the video.
I've tried resetting the settings, creating a new profile and messed around with a few different settings but the same result seems to happen every time and I'm not sure what to do about it. This is somewhat similar to the previous thread I posted in October 2016 but this time I was able to force the Stopping Recording without corrupting my whole video but with the audio only corrupted.
My PC specs are as follows...
CPU: AMD FX-8350 @ 4.0GHz (stock clocks)
RAM: 8GB DDR3 @ 1600MHz (overclockable to 2133MHz)
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 480 8GB (stock clocks)
SSD: 240GB OCZ ARC 100 (only for OS and programs)
HDD: 2TB Seagate Barracuda @ 7200RPM (Games and Recordings, currently investing in a scratch drive for recordings)
I also have log files for those wondering, hope I can get this solved asap. Thanks in advance.
