I'm on windows 11 and i just installed OBS with a fresh install and it keeps getting stuck in background processing

OBS Stuck in Background Processing

I see nothing in the logs. I tired a few things on my Win11 machine and I cannot get it to do this. Is this after recording and the app refused to stop recording and you got it to exit? If so that will push it to a background task. If that is what happened this indicates a settings issue with whatever you are doing ... streaming or recording and it cannot write the file or send the data thus it gets hung when you try to stop the recording or stream. It must be killed in the TM after that. At least that has been my experience when my recording settings were significantly wrong and it hung while trying to stop the recording.
