OBS stuck at "stopping recording..."

So the issue is what the title says, I tried to record with multiple audio tracks and in order to be able to use the output file on Vegas, I had to switch to H264. It worked the first time I recorded but the second time it got stuck. Here is the log file https://pastebin.com/vyBHjqSJ

Is there any way to recover the recording? I do not find any files in the output folder.
