OBS stuck at stopping recording when Save Replay is enabled

I'm having issue with OBS getting stuck at Stopping Recording. It only happens when Save Replay is also enabled. Recording works fine if Save Replay is disabled and vice versa. I tried both latest stable and beta build. Also reinstalled the program with fresh setting. Last time I remember recording works even if save replay is enabled. Exiting OBS doesn't really shutdown the program. I need to shut it down properly through Task manager. Is there any permanent fix for this? What I currently do is stop save replay before recording.
