Question / Help OBS Struggling with Certain Fullscreen (Cropping)

So I recently wanted to record myself playing Sid Meier's Pirates. It being a relatively old game, doesn't take up all of the screen. So while I record it, it shoves the game to the side and duplicates part of it.

Is there anyway to either have the game centered when recording? Or just capture the part I want it to.
