Hello,

I have an El Gato HD 60 Pro and when I use it to stream with OBS it is flawless. I get some dropped frames here and there, but not as much I do when I try to play a PC game and stream.

I have a pretty decent rig:
i7 6700k
64gb DDR4
EVGA GTX 1070
SSD and what not.

I went along and found the log file as well. The setting were good, but then I messed around with it. It seem I drop a lot of frame while playing on PC. I am using two monitors as well. I am trying to see what the issue is.

My internet is good as well. Did a speed test several times and average around:

47-51 Download
41-43 Upload
10-14 ms ping.

What might be the problem? I am really getting frustrated as I want to stream some PC games, but I am dropping so many frames. I know it cannot be my rig. I hope not.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you!

I don't usually record, but will recording and streaming give a better idea on why it's lagging?

Edit:

Now I am having an issue capturing PC gaming. I go to game capture and have the game open and select it from the list, but the screen shows black.

We can't troubleshoot without a log showing either a streaming or recording session (or both). The one you posted above lacks any.
