OBS streams being choppy in MacBook Pro 2017 model

I recently wanted to stream PUBG Mobile in my YouTube channel.
I watched lots of tutorials in YouTube to set up OBS and the stream and everything.
And after setting up everything I thought I'm ready to go.

My device is :
MacBook Pro 15-inch, 2017
Processor : 2.9 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7
Memory : 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3
Graphics : Radeon Pro 560 4 GB, Intel HD Graphics 630 1536 MB

I think my device can handle a bit of over work, but I can only stream with OBS opened. If I open another application like Chrome or MS Word, my whole device starts to lag. That don't even happen when I use both Photoshop and Premiere Pro at the same time(both of which are very heavy application).
And even when I use only OBS, the final product which is streaming in the YouTube is so choppy.

Can someone please help me!!!!

I have two log files not sure which one is the one I streamed for :

This is the streamed video in YouTube : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L_TFqzmff5g&t=720s

My go to when overload or streaming issues is to make sure Studio Mode is NOT enabled...that is if your OBS window has both a preview and a live window. If you have both, turn off studio mode and try again...
