Hello guys im using the last OBS Studio

And i cant Stream Smooth with Quality .

I Have a i5 6600 and GTX 970 OC , I Tried to Reinstall , Clean all my Computer Changing Servers , nathing works..

My Bitrate it is 2800 for 720 30fps .

I Only Play HIGH-Motion Games , Realistic Games.

My Internet its good its not that the problem..
