I watched a few youtube videos on optimizing but none of them really helped. OBS seems to be the only program that lags my game as streaming with xbox game bar and geforce experience barely are perfectly fine. The game is so laggy that I can't even run fortnite and stream and minecraft runs at around 20 fps with optifine.
I have an inspiron 7567 gaming laptop which i assume would decrease performance but not by this much.

ram: 8gb
cpu: i5 7300hq
My computer also doesn't run games as well as they should but this computer is 3 years old so i guess it won't perform up to the 100 fps it used to get.
