Question / Help OBS Streaming Is Very Choppy, Intolerable Even

I am unable to stream CSGO due to the horrid video quality, I would love to begin streaming again; however, I really don't want to put out bad quality streams.

remove the opencl=true from your encoder paramaters.

You're going to also need to reduce csgo's framerate and probably reduce your stream's resolution as well.
